Enjoy Mother Nature at its best. We love the four seasons, and there is something to enjoy no matter the time of year. All our half-day tours are a unique experience based on our four seasons in the forest and dunes.

Enjoy a half-day tour in Amsterdam’s national park Amsterdamse Waterleiding Duinen, just in the middle of the dunes and the forest. Most of the Netherlands is situated below sea level, and it’s very interesting to learn how this piece of shoreline was created by mother nature. The dunes are created by the sea, wind, and vegetation. The Netherlands is largely protected from the sea by nature.

You can experience wildlife such as deer, predator birds such as hawks, owls, and more. We often also see foxes, rabbits, and interesting vegetation, and it’s all just 30 – 40 minutes away from Amsterdam’s downtown center. Amsterdam’s tap water is filtered and purified here using the fine sand from the dunes.

We explain this experience of our country’s heritage during our half-day tour. You can take a healthy walk in the middle of the forest with its dunes. This tour is recommended for couples, seniors, or families with young kids.

Take a well-balanced lunch with us like a local. Experience the hidden food gems near Amsterdam’s beautiful national park along the Dutch coast.

We explain our country’s coastline heritage during our tour, and we visit the beach. We share with you a seafood tasting with fresh herring and other delicacies and give you a private windmill visit on our way back to Amsterdam’s downtown center.

This outdoor experience includes transfers in our SUV to and from downtown Amsterdam.
